By accessing and using Cliposter ("the Service"), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.

2. Description of Service

Cliposter provides video editing and content creation services, including but not limited to:

• Video clipping and editing services
• Caption and subtitle creation
• Platform-specific formatting (TikTok, Instagram, YouTube Shorts, etc.)
• Branding and overlay services
• Content optimization and delivery

3. User Accounts

To access certain features of the Service, you must create an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information
• Maintain and update your account information
• Maintain the security of your password and account
• Accept responsibility for all activities under your account
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use

4. Content and Intellectual Property

4.1 Your Content

You retain all rights to the content you upload to our Service. By uploading content, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive license to:

• Process and edit your content as requested
• Store your content for service delivery
• Use your content for the specific purposes you've requested

4.2 Our Service

The Cliposter service, including its design, functionality, and technology, is owned by Cliposter and protected by intellectual property laws.

5. Payment and Billing

Payment terms and conditions:

• All fees are billed in advance on a monthly basis
• Prices are subject to change with 30 days notice
• No refunds for partial months or unused services
• Payment is due upon subscription or renewal
• Late payments may result in service suspension

6. Service Level Agreement

We commit to the following service standards:

• Lite Plan: Up to 72 hours delivery
• Standard Plan: ~48 hours delivery
• Pro Plan: 24-48 hours priority delivery
• Max Plan: Custom SLA with dedicated manager

Delivery times reset monthly with your clip allowance. We strive to meet these standards but cannot guarantee delivery times due to factors outside our control.

7. Prohibited Uses

You may not use our Service for:

• Illegal activities or content that violates laws
• Content that infringes on intellectual property rights
• Harassment, abuse, or harmful content
• Spam, malware, or malicious software
• Attempting to gain unauthorized access to our systems
• Reverse engineering or copying our technology

8. Limitation of Liability

Cliposter shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your use of the Service.

9. Termination

Either party may terminate this agreement at any time:

• You may cancel your subscription at any time
• We may terminate accounts that violate these terms
• Termination does not relieve you of payment obligations
• We may retain your content for 30 days after termination

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify users of significant changes via email or through the Service. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
